So lately my steam account got hacked and my activity has dropped so i wanted to ask if i can make a new one and get all my stuff put on new account

i know i will not be able 2 stay on 2 long as my anti virus is tellimg me that when on on that account im getting a virus

well when im on that steam account i get virus warnings and crap and my antivirus goes mad this new one is clean

Why would your anti-virus trigger due to you using a certain account? If your anti-virus triggers you either have malware on your computer or you're trying to acess a malicious website.
