A better staff team? If there's one thing I learned throughout my entire Zarp years, is that that's improbable. Just look at my favourite quote in my signature and it explains it clearly to you and me. Irony in its ironic state. On a side note, Crystal Smith has shown me his amusement side; he's my new MVP. See, being hypocritical is a bad first step.

If you want admins to be held responsible for what they do (which they are and getting SA will not make you any more effective at that) then how about you resign and start from the ground up.

The staff team is mostly fine. They may think its OK to stop doing f1s when they've done "enough" which makes another staff do "enough" since they're not helping ending in a never ending spiral of stagnated hell, but most are good.

There are a few staff that are bad and need to be talked to and I've been seeking them out slowly, even as a user. Which means having admin is sufficient to help maintain the staff team.

SA is for dealing with those staff when you get the evidence, trying to maintain the current staff by helping them, letting them know when they've made a mistake and helping new staff get adjusted. Seeking out shitty staff as SA barely works cause incognito is shit (for anyone but EMP) and staff do shit when they see an SA

If you want staff demoted cause they're shit stay admin and help. If you want the power to demote staff, maybe you should think why you want that power...
