Now I don't really know you as I just got back and all, but really, no matter who it is if it's from a 2 hour ban to a permaban, you don't just accept bribes.
Honestly, a good friend of mine that once ran a game server got his reputation totally destroyed after he accepted Steam Cash just to unban some permabanned guy, I was mad at him for weeks because even if you're the owner and all then you still gotta look out for your players.
That's the same I feel in this situation, utter betrayal by someone who was supposed to make the community better. If you seriously accepted that for 20 million in-game cash, then I don't know what to say. But to be honest, the amount of money doesn't matter, it's just that you'd even risk your rank like that, flaunting it like nothing would happen.

Saiyan your a nice guy. Unfortunetly I was never active enough when this agent 47 guy was around (Could I get some background on this guy) No CM that's a bit over the edge. A demote yea. Seems fair. CM would depend on the guy. I feel bad for you but on the other hand you're gonna deserve whats coming to you.

It's quite sad to see someone that applies for weeks in a row just to throw it all away for some RP cash. Not only did you eliminate the trust within the staff team and community, you abused your powers 10 or more times in the video you've provided.

You cant say sorry for this. ''Sorry'' doesn't mean we will forgive you and when i see all the evidence, You really fucked it up and you even abused your powers before all this. I think a CM ban will be the right thing to do.

I still think you're a nice guy, but I don't think you'll be staff on any Zarp Server for a long time.

Have heard way too many reports of you abusing your powers, of you have been demoted I believe you should wait before reapply and if you did not get demoted then I suggest not using any of your powers or limiting yourself..
