Anyways, Soxey has a good point here, you might want to make a complex/more complex password, you never know, one of your friends might have guessed it. I.E: don't use any thing to do with your name, family or anything related to what you do to be honest. I know it's obvious advice but a lot of us overestimate our passwords, and underestimate those determined to fuck yo shit up if you catch my drift.

Of course another possibility is that you are being targeted specifically by someone, something or a group of people. Possibly because they know you're/you were vulnerable to attacks previously, perhaps you have valued information on your PC/Mac/Laptop, such as credit card details, openly available passwords to things that hold marketable items available to sell publicly (i.e: Steam for the fact that people might sell your skins off) or any other things of value.

They just happened to go for your steam I'm guessing and get that, lets hope that you don't get any credit card details stolen, etc.

Ok this is getting really serious and i mean REALLY serious they have hacked about 2-3 of my emails and my youtube account despite me changing my password for most of them... Theres little signs of google/steam helping me it just seems like they think im the hacker and im seriously getting worried

Call the cyber police.

You might have a hidden keylogger or spyware in your computer. Those things can always go undetected even with anti virus.

Okay, Ive narrowed it down abit

I was able to recover my youtube channel and 2nd Email address and i have found that the bugger is either the same person before or walrus as they are locating in Ireland just as my first hacker was, My antivirus is on and malwarebytes is scanning

The bastard changed my name to beep boop but i seen to have got rid of a keylogger using malwarebytes and im slowly regaining access i just needd access from 1 more email address before i can get my account back but google and being really unhelpfull atm
