Tip: Stop using internet explorer xD
If you did get it was probably with the 5 new 0day exploits for flash and java that came out.
www.malwarebytes.org/antiexploit/ <- Stops 99% of exploits on browsers
www.eset.com/au/ <- Good AV

just how bad are you that you got hacked? you obviously did enter a malicious link/file because theres just no way they hacked steam's database and got your password
Okay listen how about you stop being a dick
I've said that if I've downloaded something I'd know i downloaded it, Thats why i knew how i got hacked my first time
But this time i havent done anything that could possibly lead to me being hacked, and if i said ive done nothing, Ive done nothing
Running windows is risky. Keep that in mind, most of the time people are looking for Windows loads. They probably bought you of a botnet for $0.05.
YOU where infected OR your password was obvious
I swear I download everything anti-virus related you post, I assume it's for the best because before I used to get alot of viruses.
Anyways, Soxey has a good point here, you might want to make a complex/more complex password, you never know, one of your friends might have guessed it. I.E: don't use any thing to do with your name, family or anything related to what you do to be honest. I know it's obvious advice but a lot of us overestimate our passwords, and underestimate those determined to fuck yo shit up if you catch my drift.
Of course another possibility is that you are being targeted specifically by someone, something or a group of people. Possibly because they know you're/you were vulnerable to attacks previously, perhaps you have valued information on your PC/Mac/Laptop, such as credit card details, openly available passwords to things that hold marketable items available to sell publicly (i.e: Steam for the fact that people might sell your skins off) or any other things of value.
They just happened to go for your steam I'm guessing and get that, lets hope that you don't get any credit card details stolen, etc.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
