I play on server 2 as i find sometimes its only me as the staff on, i am new to the staff team, and if i am needed on server 1 i will come on, but (personally) my first reaction is to check on server 2 and the amount of staff on-line because, when i wasn't staff there were times where there was no staff on-line on server 2, this was one of the main reasons why i joined and i made myself promise to make that situation happen less. If i am needed on server 1 i will happily go on it as i have no problem with it, its just server 2 is less people and as i am new, i will build my self up to be able to deal with larger crowds.

Just reading this feels like there are 2 different communities server 1 and server 2.....

If you want to roleplay feel free to demote yourself and roleplay all you want without worrying about handling F1's. The reason you are a staff member is to help make others role-play experience better by handling rule breakers as soon as possible, not to further your own role-play experience and handle an F1 on your own time and only on the server you feel like playing on.

Is nice to have this discussion, but please, don't hate the staff that just wanna play on server 2. jjust saying, there is some reasons for it

Lol guys the hate on these staff members is way too much now. I'm sure they are all doing a great job on helping the server(s) out with their rank. They made this topic for fun purposes, not to get hated on. Remember you guys are one team, and not two teams seperated between two servers (Tigz). If people are really worried about it, and it seems like some are then really do something about it. I strongly suggest that you guys put this up in the meeting and start working together. Being a staff member should not mean you always have to be serving fot the server. Everybody deserves fun on the server. And when there are enough staff members, why not let some of them roleplay if there isn't much to do. And I see some people saying that they should do their jobs, while I see some of them not doing their job and just play the game. Start with yourself and it could be alot different.

When we made this picture, we just finished a TDM event for the people on the Server.

Most of the staff were already there, we asked for the other Mods to join and took a picture for fun.
We're also planning to do more when the server is peacefully.

- Dont think we are doing this when everyone is going crazy and mass rdm people...
We would also like to do such things with everyone on Server 1 but it looks like we would just get in trouble by doing this.

It's funny how nobody mentioned how there are only 9 staff members. When I look at the list it is huge as hell probably three times bigger than the DeathRun staff team. Better start focusing on the people that aren't even playing on the server. Like I said: They probably doing a great job on keeping the servers clean from rulebreakers. A bit of respect for the job they are doing on the servers would not be bad at this point. You're still allowed to have some fun on the servers. And also I'm 99% sure that right after the screenshot was made they went to deal with the F1's. Stop making drama and start acting like a team instead of haters.
