I remember how my first app got denied because xhantium told everyone I was a massive rule breaker when I didn't break any rules except a few.

Everyone went by his word except DCX, cause DCX loves me.

It is with regret that we (the community team) announce the dismissal, and banning of Xhantium – a (now ex) community manager. It is very unfortunate that we had to take the action that we did, and it was inarguably a very difficult decision to make. It was a matter of weighing up: Xhantium has serviced ZARP inexplicably well for just under a year with, invaluable contribution; conversely he had recently displayed objectionable behaviour, breaching the trust that he was supposed to uphold in the community.

Around a fortnight ago, Xhantium was confronted about issues surrounding harassment that he was solely involved in. Xhantium’s response to this was erratic, and unideal, but we still continued to work with him under a warning. Yesterday, we confronted him about a similar but much more serious issue involving the same (and new) people – he hadn’t learned, and we made the decision to demote him to DarkRP Super Admin. He, adamant that we were acting unfairly, made various distasteful and unconstructive comments towards members of the lead team, and the situation was consequently exacerbated; today he deleted several of the ZARP collaboration groups (such as Coggle), he also leaked a large amount of personal information about one of the people he was victimizing. In order to give this person the utmost respect we ask that you do not save this information, else we will take appropriate action.

Undoubtfully, Xhantium has done a great job at ZARP, but we couldn’t let these valid complaints pass without action a second time.
