I would equip my zarpgaming semi serious role play, eternal zombie and attempt to fit in. Maybe id live long enough to make it to gencorp.

Let the one gender-neutral person run the community so they can randomly ban all the zombies and the rest would just leave themselves.

I'm pretty sure your survival would all depend on your skills really, all the goods, money, ammo ect in the world can't really help you if you can't fight or think quickly. Id for sure team up with EMP because he was a wrestling champion in high school so he could probably help with security.
