Well i couldn't be arsed to justify myself, but basically any cheese is better or worse depending on it's application
Gouda is fucking great in salads imo, but eating gouda with bread, not my cup of tea
I ranked them in normal application
Brie, i just don't like it too much, only in my mom's reciepe, i have yet to taste one that's decent
