Listening to music
Painting
My dog and my bunny, but especially my dog since I had her for 8 years now
Going to the beach
Hiking in the mountains
A good workout in the gym (Lifting weights. Cardio stresses me out lmao)
Talking with a loved one
My friends
Cooking something nice and eating it afterwards
Good food
A warm bath
Skincare
Taking care of someone (Giving them a facial treatment, a pedicure, etc)
Watching videos (The most relaxing youtuber I know is Jonna Jinton - worthy of checking her out!)
