For the second question I dont really know how to answer since im all but a leader in life and, for example, i play an instrument that is all but a leader too, the bass accompanies the soloists and rarely gets attention, like myself. I always thought leadership was something you're either born or not born with, but I don't envy leadership at all, i like more being available and relyable to someone who is natural initiative than to take initiatives myself. that's also why i'm inclined and attracted towards charismatic and extrovert people who know how to relate with others.
