Yes and in the ethos it also clearly says that if someone has the intent to disrupt gameplay he should still be punished even if it's his first one.

It was sort of a quick reminder, I am also very aware of the ethos and are always aware that they’re a thin line between too harsh punishment and not. However o just felt the need that some new staff maybe didn’t see it or so
