I will be running for community manager to sort out the TOU and give all the users an ultra violet pen so they can see the parts of the TOU written in invisible ink.

There is a key difference between stating an opinion and randomly going at people for no reason at all. If someone believes that someone should be demoted, they are free to go ahead and make a demotion request, and if there is enough evidence and ground for it, a demotion would be put into place. Unfortunately, it would appear that a lot of people have forgotten the difference between "opinions" and disrespect/harassment. As a Community Manager, what measures will you be taking to prevent this from being the case?
