Still not in the rules, In the scamming section of the SSRP Rules thread: "It is not considered a scam unless money or items are lost or received. Except in the case of Agreed Upon coinflips, dice rolls or minigames", And i DIDN'T Agree to cfing but he still blackmailed me

if you didn't agree then don't pay lol, i have cfed many times and trolls come over to cf aswell to annoy us but that doesn't mean that they have agreed in any way ...
