Again, My pc is shit and it barely even runs it at 20 fps lowest settings
exactly, don't use aimlab

you want to improve your aim? start by getting a decent mouse, try out various sensitivity (even mouse accel with povohat if you want)

I use a Logitech g502 HERO With 3200dpi and 6.5 Sensitivity on Gmod which is what I'm comfortable with
that's 20800 edpi (2cm/360), absurdly high in my opinion but if you feel comfy with it that's fine, the g502 weights way too much, and the feet are pretty meh. Honestly just try lower sens (around 30cm/360) and if that's not enough go with povohat's mouse accel

lots of people on ssrp don't even know there's a sensitivity function in games

Real advice:

Ratz Instagib is an incredible game for aim training. Honestly incredible. Look it up.

Aim trainer websites like aimtrainer.io can help with precision and accuracy and both (they're 2 separate things) but personally speaking, it's only for games like runescape and I don't think reflects well in first person shooters. It trains your brain more than it trains your aim.

I highly discourage you for training your aim on garrys mod gamemodes or workshop maps because of the engine, It'd be much better to find some CSGO workshop maps like training_aim_csgo2 (here) or aim/reflex maps with bots like this

Lowering your sensitivity and DPI, using your whole forearm to aim instead of just wrist, disabling mouse acceleration, increasing the mouse polling rate and having a mouse/mousepad that are comfortable for you are really important. To me, the most comfortable mouse in the world has been razer deathadder. There are some options for interchangable weights on mice that adjust how heavy it is, but it's not really necessary.

But above all, above everything mentioned, just... play the game you wanna be good at. Boxers become good at boxing by boxing, not doing some weird made-up home remedy shit. Play the game, challenge yourself into different situations so you learn how to handle them and that's it. It comes with time. Lots of time.

I used to use 3.0 but then switched to 1.0, aim is much smoother now.

Yeah not just playing will ever work, because action time is so low, this is why aim training is a good practice if you do ever want to get better because it's constant not just on and off

eventually, you will just smash your desk and when you recover from the pain of making your hand bleed (happened many times) you can cry and feel bad for your self. then you tryhard, cause you don't want that to happen again. then after a while, you will smash your desk make your hand bleed, cry, and tryhard again. then eventually you will get better.

If you're bad at aiming, I highly doubt you'll see big improvements in weeks or even months. That shit takes time bro.

I've only see you play ttt so this is based off that

I use a lower resolution and 4:3 stretched because i don't really care about graphics and so i can get better fps and it makes people much bigger and easier to hit.
I also got into a small room as t with a deag and try and kill as many as a can before i die , that helps but at the end of the day tho like narexa said you just have to play alot. Also its gmod so don't focus too much on aim as most peoples aim is terrible so you only have to be ok to do decently
