Let's be honest right now

I think players must give their own and HONEST thoughts on a person
on an application because if you give your own thoughts on that player he can realize his mistakes
and change his behavior on the zarp community
but instead of doing :support:

give your actual thoughts on the player and what mistakes he has done
this can impact the community
and the person.
just don't do +support every single time
give your own thoughts on the player
