Rare achievement ? this really means nothing.
Look at garry's mod achievements, there's one you have to spend a year playing it, which is like 8.5k hours or whatever, achievements means nothing to some peoples, they just ignore them and some other peoples want to collect them and will tryhard all their games to collect them all.
Then, there's peoples using steam achievement manager to get every achievement at once on any game, i really don't know why they would do that but okay.
In my opinion, there's no rare achievement however, there's hard achievements, and alot.
Arma 3 might be the hardest game i've ever played to get achievements, the campaign for example, it's terribly hard to get into arma3, singleplayer or multiplayer, depends on what you will first play.
