This is very sad that you would get banned by another Community for trying to drive people towards their servers and participate in their events.
You'd also have been banned on the spot for trying to link to another Community anywhere else most likely.

Hi there Chute,

I'm a developer over at the community that Sorle linked to, I just thought I'd pop in to help you understand why we banned Sorle. The community awards is something we do annually, a sign of appreciation for several community members we believe fit into each category for that year. I'm unsure of your reading level, but I''ve highlighted the word previous that I think might shine some light on why an attempt to gain votes in this event (for the layman, this word is community), via a community detatched & indepedent from ours might be frowned upon and a little bit sad really. Driving the right traffic to our community is welcome, but not a few goons summoned by one of your clearly distinguished members in attempt to rig a community event for their own gain.

I hope I've cleared this clearly complex & mind boggling issue up for you, many thanks and I wish you happiness throughout the festive season.

There is no wrong doing on Sorle's part, he was spreading awareness for the awards, even his asking of people to vote for certain people isn't wrong, everyone has the chance to spread awareness on their opinion and the ability to vote for whomever they chose. The fact you took this further enough to the point of banning Sorle, someone who is actually passionate and invested a ton of hours on the server plus also brought a bunch of players over to PERP who actually play on the server regularly, is ridiculous and harsh considering the fact he didn't break your server rules as I fail to see rigging community events being a rule but perhaps we're 'distinguished' to see that.
