Nah pretty sure it's 30fps, if it wasn't why are consoles more popular than pcs?? 30fps is just a myth, like I said console is more popular because it's casual, like the fast food of gaming. You don't notice a difference because there's latency involved and optimization for 30fps on console (frame pacing)
