Unfortunately, no, that at least is my opinion. You lack knowledge of English and even though that sounds stupid, we've actually realized what inconveniences can occur when people with poor English are staff such as: Misunderstandings in Administrative sits, false punishments due to miscommunication, etc. Another, former, member of staff showed us that this is no joke even though it sounds rather ridiculous.

You also lack maturity which is shown by your behaviour both in-game and on the Forums. What I've also noticed is that you tend to be very impatient and nervous in certain situations, and I'm afraid that you'd... "fuck-up"... during sits due to this. I can go on but I advise that you add me on Steam if you'd like additional feedback on what to work on for a better chance to enter the staff team.
