It is, yes. I don't know much about newer mods currently in place. It was 5 years ago that I hosted a Tekkit server, so I don't really know how things has evolved.

A lot of newer packs make it extremely easy to automate stuff such as resource collection (enderIO, the engineer mod who’s name I can’t remember, and mystical agriculture) and primarily focus on end game content (draconic evolution)

We would probably need a third owner though, last time we had Morgan managing some stuff for us and he did a pretty good job imo.
