This question comes across like your trying to stop people complaining without "reason" but heres the thing we have given up explaining the reason because its ignored in exchange for the few loyals who spend money, we play games to escape life but its mimicking life of rich get richer and poor people fall off or leave along with the people have no real say in what happens, you think you have power to make a change but truth is if they don't want to help you they won't please note THIS DOES NOT COUNT FOR CHUTE, he does a fantastic job and does his best, for other people I can't say the same. It's come to the point where you have no options apart from shut up or risk getting an unfair punishment purely to shut you up. Recently I tried to appeal a ban and it got denied for not being long enough (3 months) But during the ban I was requested to go on teamspeak to sort something out and I got rebanned afterwards, the total ban length has been over a year and the reason why I was banned became irrelevant yet it was denied which I classed as unfair, so I tried to speak to the staff member who handled the request explaining that it hasn't just been 3 months and that the reason was irrelevant, however minutes after this it got locked and was told some bog standard excuse to stay banned, so I tried to contact this person on steam and after a few mins of back and forth he told me he was too busy to talk to me although he had time to get rid of me and if I continued he would flat out block me for causing drama which he did very shortly after which kinda pissed me off considering for one of the very few times I was actually in the right. I refuse to name names because it would give the power to remove this post and forum ban me for "causing drama" but I will be taking a screenshot of what I have put here because I haven't been insulting or targeting. I am speaking truth from my experience. Then again thats another thing, why should I have to screenshot my problems with a staff member out of fear of being silenced again.

That was longer than expected however thats my current issues with ssrp and outside of ssrp hope that makes it a bit clearer why some people are not the happiest.
