Purposely abusing the betting system to gain massive amounts of points can most definitely be considered exploiting.

It is exploiting and anyone doing it will be permanently banned

"Purposely abusing" so betting every round on the team that is most likely to win (even if you don't kill yourself at the start of the round and play it like it's meant to be played) can get you a perm ban? Maybe make the game mode more balanced so the hunters don't win 90% of the rounds, just because we bet on the team that is most likely to win every round doesn't mean we are purposely abusing the system.
