So what I find completely useless about the cases is that most(all?) of the cosmetic and playermodel items can also be bought from the Pointshop store itself for like 5k points. In the future you should add a lot more items that players cannot buy from the store and make it only obtainable by cases, also have a variety of common to extremely rare items in the cases.

Take SSRP as an example, the chances of getting a special suit from a case are pretty low unless you are lucky enough to get one.
