If Zarp wants a MilitaryRP server they can ask me and Vitx and we'll provide them with a 100% finished server with two custom maps (by vitx) and some custom scripts (by me). The server even made it to YT:

We shut the server down though cause Vitx is working and i'm studying so it's pretty pointless if you have other things in life you care about.
