Is your Windows Version up to date?

Which graphicscard are you even using?
If it is one from Nvidia (which I hope it is) try updating via Geforce Experience and not via Devicemanager.
You should also check if you've got DirectX 9 installed.

And if all of this fails: try turning it off and on again.

Graphic card: Asus 11GB D5X GTX 1080 TI STRIX GAMING
And i do not have DirectX 9 Installed
