Post your power supply if you can but I think I know what might be happening. Back when I got a new GPU, I couldn't handle the power, so, after i hit a certain threshold, my PC just shut off. What's most likely happening is that you are using up power to run Fortnite. It doesn't matter how many games you play, only how much needs to be generated in the map hence the GPU using more power at random times. Your PC might have a weird configuration where it shuts off your USBs before shutting itself off. OR, you could be giving your keyboard and mouse static shocks which are resolved by unplugging and replugging them in. AND FINALLY, you could have a bad USB which is drawing wayyy too much power and fucking over all of your other things. If its possible I would try to
1. Plug the slots in different combinations around the PC (Some on case ports, some on motherboard ports),
2. Try each USB individually and find the bad one, or
3. Unplug everything and try a keyboard and mouse that you know work for a fact. If they don't work, your USB slots are dead.

Edit: Also if you are unsure of your specs I'd recommend downloading Speccy. It's free and easy to see what each component is.

Did you mess with your voltage in bios at all? If so maybe reset it to default or just check the power usage

Yeah, I had a similar issue. I completely wiped my PC and reinstalled windows and it was fine.

PC's are a pain sometimes.
