If the BOS is in this it would be cool to see you if could be one of the first soldiers.

If the game is set in West Virginia then I will give it a 99% chance that we will not see the Brotherhood of Steel as they didn't expand til way after Fallout 1 i'm pretty sure, also read up on some early Fallout lore or just play the old games.

The institute wasn't founded until 2110 and this game looks like it is set in 2102 plus didn't they stay secret for like 100 years as well? And for the new factions there wouldn't be any huge factions in my opinion due to the fact that the vault dwellers would be the best equipped and if you look it up, factions took a long time to form but we will 99% see Raider Factions and small settlements like Shady Sands in fallout 1 that turned into the NCR as we know from Fallout 2 and New Vegas, one thing we may see though is groups of Virginia Super Mutants and Ghouls.

Because this is relatively early after the nuclear war , there most likely be no major factions as they didnt forn untill much later into the nuclear wasteland This will probably put more emphasis on actual survival , dince the radiation should be alot more active than in later fallouts . Was watching the stream for 2 hours before this came.
