Don't see that as an issue, all of them started out new.

When they started out new, not as many people had overpowered items. Now when newer players start basing they always immediately get raided by users with way better items than them. Because of this new players don't tend to stick around - it is most definitely an issue.

SamP has been helping noobs out by basing with them and Comfy Mattress has been taking them into his gang and training them.

Because the numerous updates troughout the years with completly unbalanced prices and ways of earning items absolutely did not give a huge advantage in acquiring said items for players who started long ago compared to now.
Like summer week where hc bps were 5M each and 2.0 bps were 15M each and you could just afk mine one hour to get at least 3 or 4 of each.

Or during black friday's glitch where I essentialy got 6 juggs, 4 hypers, 2 nano, 2 acs, 10 of each special printers and a whole lot more items like baseshield, medishield, thermals, M303 ect for essentialy 800-900M worth of booster packs because they let me keep 31 of each cases.

Or during the halloween update where the x5 suit was utterly broken to make money off printers.

And that's only what I know. I've heard that during the original gencorp update there were so many cases that jugg suits sold for 10M each lol.

Compared to right now where there haven't been an update let alone anything to even get cases for the past 4 months so even getting a t-gun blueprint is incredibly hard for a new player ( The only way is to raid the bank ) and the rest of the stuff is only being sold overpriced because of how elevator base made basing so easy like evo suits going for 400M+.

Zarp was going down hill almost a year ago. The only reason why it was kept alive was due to the competition the gangs had in the server. New players never stood a chance, they were forced to mine, or suck dick on big gangs to base there. suits were and still are op, t-guns, m202's, hc's were and are still op, they were never nerfed. hyper suits ruined basing, jugg suits ruined the balanced fighting combats on the server. The worst part about this, and which annoys me, is that it would be such an easy fix to nerf some of these things, despite there being a lot of people wanting it nerfed.

I think we can all agree that a healthy server needs to jebait new people into it, and make them stay. Well on Zarp new players log on the server, where they can print for 500k/hour, even tho that will never happen as they will get screwed over in every way imagineable by people with tons of suits and explosives. I think that's the reason why when we log onto zarp we really only see old people there, barely any new.

Azgeda believe it or not was really helpful for zarps playerbase. I say that since it bought both some competition between gangs and since we took on most new players, it gave them a reason to stay.
