if you want the most bang for you buck at that budget i'd go with something like this

-hdd storage and SATA 1TB hard drive
-AMD Radeon rx 560
-8g ram
-AMD fx6300
and add on a good motherboard and power unit
building this yourself you could probably get it done around 500 so you could spend the extra 100 or so on a better proccessor, graphics card or whatever is most important for you

edit: this pricing is for dollars not euros

Some games still fuck AMD over pretty bad though and last I checked AMD still has issues with their drivers.

Also, asking us what we think you should get is pretty vague as we have no idea what you intend to do with your setup and what you expect to get from it. But if you're expecting top of the line performance on high settings you're most likely going to need to spend more than 600 USD.
