I played PUBG and maybe it's fun if you get good at it, sadly there's too much luck involved for you to consistently get good at the game. I've watched pros losing alot of rounds in a row since you can't really predict if there's gonna be some russian camper in the next room.

Sure Fortnite is based on PUBG but atleast it's got some fancy weapons, characters and i really like the building mechanic.

I will accept arguments like this but the second someone says PUBG doesn't run well will instantly allow me to clock onto the fact they are truly a console wanker

Fortnite is better because I like the building mechanic. In PUBG you can't really protect yourself in an open area as in Fortnite you can build around you. I also like the characters and the guns.
