not to mention how bad santos is in terms of overcomplicating everything, while perp has a nicely balanced learning curve

Santos was a place for people who enjoyed extreme role-play, not a place for minges, hence why I played it for 8 months, and enjoyed it. It is just as much of a difficult learning experience as PERP, if I didn't know anyone in Santos/Perp and played it, I'd be lost completely just walking around the map talking to random people in confusion.
Santos didn't really, overcomplicate anything? Sure it might of had a "difficult" application since you had to write over 15 words to get in it, but you get what I mean.
