There are two separate bugs, but amd and intel processors have both been affected as well as the majority of all other processors by one of the bugs.

A patch is being released today for all intel computers, fixing the bug affecting only intel computers, 'Meltdown'. The other bug, 'Spectre', which affects most processing chips has not found a fix and no patch is yet to be released.
