There is no error code.
When windows loads up the keyboard and mouse will not function. When in BIOS they work. Tried 4 different functional keyboards and mice and none work. Safe mode does not make a difference

Do you have any non usb keyboard and mice?

I managed to do so when I was on Windows 8.1 and the free offer had expired

EDIT: It expires on the 31st in a few days so you might wanna try this out quick

I require a boot disk, thank you for the suggestion but as i said before i cannot actually access the PC to do this
