I know that you weren't hear a year ago but this used to be a very popular place to base, and it was considered your building as long as you had props / text screen saying it's yours on the base, then it was yours, it is not public property like a hospital or anything.

Hmmm... I'm just saying that putting up a KOS sign of a building without any doors and then "owning" it, only to kill people that are just a teensy tiny bit inside of it would count as RDM in my books. If he were a little bit more inside of the base I'd say killing him would be fine, but considering the fact that he wasn't interacting with the area nor clearly inside your base I find the punishment valid. You do bring up good points, however. I will discuss this in the Lead Team whatsapp and then we'll see whether or not the warning should be removed.

You're only allowed to ask for a particular administrator to not handle the appeal. You cannot ask for specific individuals to handle it.

Ah alright, I was wrong in that then. But still, I believe that my warning is invalid if you go by the actual rules.

If the KOS sign is placed after he entered a place and he has no chance to know about it then you can't kill the person. The idea about the kos sign is if you pass it you will get killed but he entered before the KOS sign was in place so he didn't pass any kos signs.
