i have written several times that i did fspec him! he had been in fspec for a couple of hours and i dont see how it can be used against him when the proper reason was put in.

Ok so regardless of whether or not the user is in fspec, that's no obligatory to use the kick command. It states (and I say this again) no where that a user can only be inactive for a due period of time.

Don't see why this is too much as a problem because if he was to go for staff I don't think he would be denied because of a kick for "afk"

And what I mean by not processing properly is if someone overlooks the fact they were kicked for a reason and just goes with the fact they have a recent punishment (a kick) in which case would be false to deny them
