I'm not saying you'd be a bad CM. Personally I think you'd do a great job. Think of it like this, two great candidates with more time, experience, contributions and trust is more valuable than just one good candidate. I've worked alongside max and Captain a few times and I know the experience and contributions they could bring to the community. The community is more familiar with them more than they are with you and I think that's a big factor here.

The real reason why you corrupt community team did it this way is to get what you want not what the community as an whole wants so you don't let people vote because you are afraid someone might win it. Restarted that it went down like that.

I honestly believe that the CM Team should have considered Quality and Character above time on the Community. I highly doubt now that Raeker will be here next Year. Although i am fairly sure that Max and Captain would stay anyways.

In my opinion Raeker, Captain and Max are outstanding staff members and all 3 deserved CM. I just think though that Raeker had that extra Character needed. Just the fact that he joined on March and was one of the 3 favourites for CM Manager and the Community Favourite ... says a lot by itself.

In my opinion it would be better if both the Community and the CM Team were voting. But let's say that for the CM Team the votes are 10 instead of 1 for each member.
