The don is admitting his hacks and apologising what more do you want, calling him names and disrespecting him is not necessary at all and to be honest if you are talking about being role models then perpetuating a negative environment by accepting and encouraging disrespect as a staff member then you are the opposite of a positive role model. If you want to criticize him on his decision and his actions then by all means do so but in my opinion as a staff member you should keep your opinions as professional and objective as you can.
