TOPIC: Why are staff members not giving criticism?

Various posts on this thread just show that a bunch of high level staff are nowhere near mature enough to handle such a powerful position

It’s so sad how this post is just being thrown away basically, I literally don’t have any sort of faith of this is how staff now behave which sucks to say but man shit really has collapsed in terms of management and maturity.
