TOPIC: [To Staff Team] F1's

I know a lot of you like to do your job and do sits. But I recently just witnessed the moderator Matt. Get stuck in an F1 because he didn't know what to do about this RDM/Not RDM situation. It has gone over 1 hour because Matt honestly doesn't know what to do, because the victim is apparently talking to 2 other admins and a former admin. I was trying to help him out by saying use the "Staff's Word Is Final Card, you don't need to waste your time." Matt was pretty stressed in this situation and the victim has wasted Matt's and the other guys time. So please staff members, don't stress yourselves out about a situation, specially over something small as RDM.

How to deal with a minor RDM report:

If the user have proof:
Check their recents, if they have recents for RDM, warn them. If they don't verbally warn them

If the user rdm'd you and you're a staff member:
Do above.

If the user does not have proof:
Question the player who has been reported and ask what they did, if they admit to it do the first step.

If they don't admit to it, verbally warn them regardless, it won't do any harm and alerts the user to be more cautious.

If they blatantly rdm you and they know the rules. Warn them. Otherwise if they have no warns they're never gonna get warned if everyone follows that cause all they'll get is verbals.

It all comes with experience, that's for helping out with the other staff.

This is why I take on as many RDM cases as possible. Just as Morgan said with experience, the more RDM f1s you do, the more experienced you are with them.
