TOPIC: Are one-ways allowed or not?

Had peoples state different things on wether or not it's allowed. Would appreciate SA+ answers on it.
Are one-ways windows/walls allowed? And by that I mean that from one side ( The defender side obviously ) you see this :

So I'd like to know several things.

1) Is it allowed at all?
2) Is it allowed as a one-way wall ( That you can't shoot trough but can still see trough )
3) Is it allowed as a one-way window that you can shoot trough without the attacker seeing you?

I'd guess that it's not allowed but some peoples say even some head admins have stated it was allowed.

They're allowed, there was an announcement made on the rules saying they weren't but we never put it in the rules as we didn't have it stated as a rule yet.

We had it once but now its removed. aka its pretty impossible to raid without explosives. i suggest getting some of them

Pretty sure they stated once in an SSRP outcome that they changed the rule and using props/colours like that in your pictures are not allowed.
Could be wrong tho, but pretty sure I saw something similar.

Many state that this exact prop materials and glows put together are classed as an exploit and should not be used but 1 ways are allowed.

Pretty sure this is an exploit, I personally class it as one.

1. This specific instance of a one-way wall using world glow is not allowed, as it id classes as exploiting.

2. One-way walls are allowed

3. No.

I swear I hear many staff members, including LT members, say it's an exploit then the next day later it's not an exploit but then some other staff member would then say it's exploiting.

Chute has said it himself it's allowed, and so has Para so please can some people actually learn that it's okay to do this. That announcement was bullshit and never states what isn't allowed, just a "doing this is a big no no!" with a picture of it without it being written within the rules.
