I am and was inactive when all that went down. Personally I like you and liked having you around guess my members didn't.
My gang isn't a dictatorship the only time I immense the leadership aspect into the gang is when making decisions that can affect the gang as a whole, bases or raids. Otherwise I let them do as they wish as long as it isn't backstabbing members or allies, raiding allies or members etc.
Most of us are just friends who decided to stay in one - two gangs and go against the rest of the community. FA originally was a gang based around skill but now we are just all friends who are one of the top competitors in the community and we enjoy it like that. When February comes around were all playing again.
For now who ever decides to go inactive from now until the next big update won't be kicked as I myself and a few other leaders/faces of the gang are bored of SSRP.
