Doesn't F3 create a force field buble type thing which doesn't allow any form of bullets in? If that would be the case i doubt it can however with the right click of the minigun 2.0 i am not sure. I say test it out with an admin that can set your health very high in the TDM arena thats always how i test stuid shit that could potentially rip stuff xD
