TOPIC: How does the Item'O'Matic works exactly?

I have been wondering and if possible I'd like to get developpers or at least SA/HA answers about that ( And not peoples just making assumptions ) about how it actualy works.

Does the bar you charge with items only influence the chance you have to get an item instead of a broken computer part or does it ALSO influence the quality of the loot you can get?

If so does that mean that there is some items you cannot get or have extremely low chance to get depending on how much you have charged the item'o'matic bar?

Because I just do not believe that out of 80 succesfull attempt I would get 35 diamond printers, 10 black diamond printers, 10 special cars BP and 25 port emps. I can understand not getting the nano suits and scan master ( Tough some people say they got both with only 3 C4 ). But not getting a single 2.0 bp or even HC bp in 80 attempts?

Are there treshold that need to be reached to " unlock " next level blueprints? Does it go like :

Diamond printer > Black diamond printer > Special car BP > Port EMP bp > HC/2.0 bp > 2.0/HC bp > Nano suit > scan master or something?

I would really appreciate if other peoples could also use this topic to tell me what they got so far with how many attempts and what items they used as a comparision to my own luck.

From experience all you really need to do is get into the yellow bar; the red bar is just useless and the green bar will often give you shit items compared to those you invested.

Craftable items matched with uranium seems to be the best bet unless you have a ton a blueprint spare.

Filling the bar would only bring you a better chance of getting an item, regardless of what it is.
Green bar takes too many resources right now to profit as much as c4's which can be very easily made in bulk, giving a yellow bar with a decent chance


I've gotten 3 nano suits so far and a scan master, and I've only done 2 c4s + a trash item (broken part/gold/etc.).
But doing c4s requires you to grind spins A LOT
