TOPIC: Applying for SA in the near future? Thoughts

I might apply for SA this coming week just to get some feedback and improve myself, I am aware that, currently, I don't have enough experience, but do you guys think I should go for SA?

When I inevitably get denied this coming week, I will use the feedback I get to improve the way I administrate and reapply after waiting at least a month.

Tell me your opinions on whether or not I should go for SA and your opinions on the way I administrate.
Looking for feedback that ISN'T "You need more experience", as I know this.

i honestly do not think you are ready at all. you need more experience. i would recommend waiting a month+ to experience the situations you need to know how to handle and to understand them as a Super Admin.

People that say that you should apply in a month+ don't know what they're saying. You should apply when you think you are experienced enough and believe you can handle Lead Team situations.

Whether that is in a month or in a year doesn't matter. Most people have such experience after 1 or two months of being an admin, others have the experience after a few weeks.

People will use the time you've been staff against you when they shouldn't. Some people have more experience than others - that's simply a fact.

You don't think you're ready. That's good - it shows that you understand the weight of being part of the Lead Team. Apply this week, see people's feedback and learn from it.

Ignore the people that say that you need more time as staff - time and experience are two seperate things entirely.

I think you need allot more time on Zarp to get accepted at all, and also the lead team is huge, so not even the best of the best player would get accepted. No chance Sorle
