TOPIC: MAYOR GLITCH

I am on Zarp gaming server 3 darkrp. i am trying to become mayor but it keeps telling me that i must "confirm my candidicy" and i pust the "join election" button but it does nothing. i have asked 3 moderators and they do not know. please help.
