TOPIC: [SSRP] Born In Blood Academy - Information Thread

Born In Blood Academy was a gang and service created by the owners of Born In Blood late-2014 in order to aid the gang's recruitment process, It's now being revived with the aim to order the following:

• Aid the Main gang's main recruitment process, by offering interaction with players in the academy, one of the flaws in recruitment today is: a player would not receive enough recognition to be noticed by the main gang and therefore would not pass the recruitment process, this service enables selected Born In Blood members to receive a special recruiter rank and hand pick some trusted players and give them a chance to interact with the main gang more efficiently
• Play with players which do not pass the gangs standard almost as if they were in the gang
• Train and teach players who are in the academy vital Born in Blood skills and techniques so even if they choose not to join Born In Blood the knowledge is not lost and can be restored and spread to the current active player base
• Encourage basing and other group related aspects which were present in the past but are dying.
• Enable the players of ZARP to have a fun and enjoyable experience while playing SSRP

With the revival of this gang, we have decided to use it for our main recruitment, you will no longer be allowed to apply for the main gang without going through the process of BiB academy, the process is as follows

1. Ask a recruiter in the Academy to join (verbal assessment and in general if they know you etc)
2. Play actively along with Academy and Born In Blood players, this includes following all of the main gang's rules (failure to following these rules will get you a kick from the Academy)
3. Receive permission from a recruiter in the academy or a squad leader in the main gang to apply for Born in Blood.
4. from this point recruitment is as it used to be and after you applied your application will be reviewed at the meetings, If you are successful you will graduate from the academy to the main gang.

At the Academy you are required to follow all of the main Born In Blood rules:


To become a recruiter you must be In Born In Blood and have passed the trial process, as a recruiter you will be given a special rank (which goes alongside your current rank) and you will be given the permission to invite whoever you think is worthy for BiB academy, you should look out for possible Born In Blood members and those who have a good name in the community, skill at this point does not matter. You must monitor these players and make sure if you think they are ready to apply for the main gang and when you do, inform them of this as they will be required to tell us on the application who gave them permission to apply.

Update - As of now we dont have the gang for the academy but tommorow we should be recieving a gang in order to use it for BiB academy, you can still ask to join and we will jot your name down ready to invite when the gang becomes ours.
