Roy is right, nowadays people tend to take matters in their own hands instead of making F1's like they should be doing if there's a rule break in the first place. It's honestly sad that we're blamed for not stopping rulebreakers even though we are unaware of the rulebreaking since little amount of F1's are made. Once again, you speak out of blind hatred for a time inconvenience to just yourself. I go on S3 Nearly everyday when I can, but I'm not going to stay on for more than 3 hours at the most due to when I need to wake up. There's no other option if there's no staff online than to report them on the forums and record them.
