I wanted to apply for a promotion but I couldn't find the template , So I decided to borrow same other gang's template

How long were you in Example ?: Around 1 - 2 months now
What rank are you Applying for ? : Right Hand
Why do you want this Rank ? : I want to be in this rank due to the fact that I think that I am more capable when I can tell people the plans , I've personally just had the thought of being a officer , and said that I should give it a go , I personally can give more and more to the gang when I have more and more ways of doing so .

Hey Chaotic, apologies for the late reply this took some thought.

From previous experiences we feel that there are very minimal spaces left for another officer, and if we dont give other prominent members who are new to the gang a chance to prove their various qualities and talents. Please dont feel upset in the slightest because being a member is still a thing to be proud of in my opinion because of how small the circle of our gang is unlike other gang structures with 30+ players this means that every member in the gang means something to the gang weather it be general niceness or putting the effort and research in to help out on raids searching up tactics for combat which we actually really appreciate. Thanks for taking the time to make this application and keep smiling!
