Okay so here I go..

In the past two day's I've lost 2x Portable emp to "RuleBreakers" I'm quite upset about this because of the "No refund" Rule. I seriously do not understand this since some of us spend real money for boosterpacks ( You don't have to, It's just a option )to get something we may want, I got this inside a booster pack I wanted to get. I was lucky and got this EMP. I've lost all of them due to rule breakers... I've just lost one as I was Emping a door a gun dealer in PD Just ran out and killed me? Like seriously?

Yeah man, I would happily lose something like a milkor but what's the point of recording for rdm cases when half of the people do not take cases seriously. Wish something could have happened, I was raiding pd. As soon as I took out my portable emp he sprayed me through the little window gap, It would have also been prevented if the PD Lockdown worked :/

You guys don't realize how many times this has been denied. If this was the case people could just drop a GPP before someone goes and show someone prop pushing it away or prop trapping the player to steal it and get refunded. There is too many flaws with this and it would take too much time because the amount of things people lose from rulebreaks is ridiculous and daily staff would be spending their time doing these reports.
Apreciate the people who actually willingly refund you out of their pocket as this won't be accepted any time soon.
