Just watch this video and it says it all. A refund would be nice as he doesn't seem to want to give me a refund, nor does he want to trade items for the lose of my item picking it up. It wasn't actually he's fault, when I use a special gun, sometimes I hit myself somehow, literally inside me, idk if it's a bug or what but I lost over 100m because of it.

As u see in the video he didn't even aim at him or Banana ran to the shot.
